[Case Study on Gastoose] Improvement of Gate Clogging (Short-term Measures)

Reducing inspection man-hours! Introducing a case where gate clogging was eliminated and short defects were improved.

We introduced Gastose to improve gate clogging in products used for connectors (short prevention). By using Gastose directly under the sprue, we can exhaust gas before it enters the product section, preventing gate clogging during low-pressure molding.
